Authority Staff
Shelley Shannon, Executive Director. Ms. Shannon, a resident of Boise, Idaho, was appointed on August 10, 2007. She formerly resided in Pocatello and was the Bannock County Treasurer prior to becoming the Authority's Associate Executive Director in 2001. Ms. Shannon has a long history working with the Authority as she was an Authority Member from 1987-2000.
Gail L. Wees, Associate Executive Director/Controller. Ms. Wees, a resident of Boise, Idaho, has worked in various capacities for the Authority since 1979.
Jeanne K. Phillips, Administrative Assistant. Ms. Phillips, a resident of Boise, Idaho, has been Administrative Assistant of the Idaho Health Facilities Authority since September 1998.
